We want you to love your Matchbox Jewellery pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the jewellery in its original Matchbox gift box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
